The Service may allow you to generate personalised tours using AI. You retain ownership of the preferences and prompts you provide. raawi retains a licence to store and process those inputs and outputs to operate and improve the Service.
The Service uses your device location to deliver tour navigation and trigger audio at points of interest. You can control location permissions at any time through your device settings.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Walking tours involve moving through public spaces; you are responsible for your own safety and for obeying local laws and traffic.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, raawi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from within the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
